Honestly the theatrical released Batman v Superman wasn't that good in my perspective BECAUSE it had a lot of loop holes like why superman couldn't see the explosive in the wheel chair, why superman began to despise batman and his side, how they caught lex Luther at the end, where lex Luther got the information from that steppenwolf was coming to earth after superman's death and many more, but in the ultimate edition of the movie all these aspects were revealed and the movie became more understandable and in that more interesting, to she lex Luther's intellect come into play, how batman's and superman's anger was fueled to the point of there battle, and so on, so I think that batman v superman the ultimate edition was the better and more interesting movie.
