Damn, this show cringe worthy because of its nonsensical plot for each episode, weak acting and awful story overall, i am not even going to rant about the CGI. Leaving aside the insane decisions such as going to a new planet teeming with life without protection, the fact that everything looks absolutely exactly as on earth on those new worlds and how biased are those characters when seeing alien life for the first time in the history of humankind or the convenience of having the main characters directly involved in everything and they are also a family, all this aside the story is really bad and the storytelling worse. Everything is either predictable or not interesting, therefore you won't make a minimal effort to predict it. Major plot holes, nonsensical decisions of character writing and the obvious lack of psychological testing when assembling a crew so unbalanced psychically (most of them are dangerous sociopaths) add to the unpleasant aftertaste you get at the end of each episode. I strongly advise to took at almost any other sci-fi show you can get there, it will certainly be better.
