Whilst looking through the pages of this book i was taken back on a journey through time courtesy of Angus McBride's wonderful artworks. Warriors, warlords , Kings and Queens fill the pages of this book. Angus has a unique and pleasing painting style, he uses gouache paint for most of his works. He paints helms, swords muscle and clothing with ease. This is truly a book that appeals to the artist and the historian in all of us. A must buy .
