(Spoilers) I'd go higher because to be honest I really enjoy the idea behind the poorly executed plot. The idea of a crazy religious zealot killing in the name of God while simultaneously making it look occult, in my eyes is brilliant. Then you have this lazy execution. So many simple frustrations could have been so easily fixed. A quick bit involving the cutting of house phone lines. I mean it is the 80's but cops still had radios, maybe address why or what impaired him from not calling for back up, or just cut his part out all together. The list goes on and on, even the sure just lazy time line mix match scene calling back to the gas station worker at the end was just... frustrating. That said, see for yourself if your down for B list horror trying to dress for success and falling short.
