I’ve been to eloise the last 2 years and this year was a major disappointment. I’ve put this haunt at the top of my spooky season to-do list because it was the best. This year it was a let down. My group paid extra for the VIP because we know how busy it gets. Skipping the line just meant that we got rushed in with large groups and we lost all scare factor because of it. We had at least 12 people going through at a time with groups stuck back to back. The jump scares had zero effect. They were obviously lacking actors. I don’t think I’ll go next year. They apparently got so popular that they lost all drive to be a great experience. It seems they put more effort into the food trucks and freak show at the outside this year and the actual haunt was a second thought. I didn’t spend $60 to watch a guy put drill in his nose. Gross.
