Honestly, I felt the movie to be a little disturbing. It didn't feel totally cool to watch it with family. Maybe I'd have enjoyed it better with friends.
Those things aside, the story of the film just paced up quick and I felt there were some intermittent explanations needed. The story wasn't bad either. I didn't find any logical loopholes but only the absence of explanations. Maybe this was necessary to give the climax a dual conclusion.
Some scenes were just too crazy and intense and surely I was squeezing my feet watching it with my family.
And for Suriya. For me, he is a legendary actor who's inspired me from childhood. He stands for morality, goodness and perseverance. Seems like his character arc has come out of line in this film, especially in those crazy scenes. So it just felt a bit out of line. Perhaps the movie would have fared differently without Suriya as a lot of people have a lot of expectations from him.
The action sequences were really good unlike the ones in Singam. The fight felt more realistic and gooood!
