Good Tool - Personal Notes , especially Walk through plants and stand up meeting Great for Action Tracking , especially when I note personal actions for projects that I may not want on a shared database or computer spreadsheet/ maybe project software... Also, this journal / book layout for actions, responsibility, timing, priorities plus from for notes and data come in use either out in the plant next to machinery issues or in morning stand up meetings where laptops are not always useful or in areas of the plant where electronics are not always useable for one reason or another.
