Outstanding cast, the plot zigged zagged all over the screen and landed in a very unexpected spot. I tend to get bored of 8 episode films and wanted to fast forward to the end, but at about the 6th episode I was riveted to its conclusion until I had to admit, “well I didn’t see that coming”.

The scenes felt very deliberately arbitrary. Somewhat like watching paint dry within specific increments. Hoping for a tie-in that will draw all the elements together, but further scenes and aspects of the movie take it further and further out to sea without any prospect of a meaningful return.
