Enjoyed this film tremendously. Fortunate to watch it with subtitles rather than dubbed. Did a bit of research on the history of Li Sun-shin (sp?) which helped. The cinematography and costume design seem impeccable with the recreation of the battle ships equally impressive.

Fortunately I didn't know a thing about this movie before watching it. Brilliant script and interesting twist. This is one of those rare movies I'd like to see again..
