This film was horrible! The movie attempts to create sympathy for a 911 operator that does not follow any legal procedures when cracking down on an a kidnapping situation. It is only by coincidence that he doesn’t get innocent people killed while following a false lead. A new call the next day could easily have a different outcome if he functions under the same frame of thought. In addition, he was about to cover up facts regarding his current legal troubles, the next day in his hearing, but then he dramatically changed his mind… So much more to be critical about… I just did NOT buy it.
