This is a darkly disturbing movie which is the most accurate reflection of European settlement in Australia. The manner in which the Indigenous and Irish were treated by the mainly British is appalling and shocking. On the strata of society, the Aborigines were definitely at the bottom being hunted and shot like vermin. The Irish were only just about them, in treatment.
