In an artistic aspect, Joseph is a well crafted, thrilling and absorbing movie.
However, the film has a consequential drawback which is elevating modern medicine phobia.This is a hoax based psychological plague had been seen throughout Kerala nowadays. Many peoples are having conspiracy theories and misconceptions about modern medical practice especially brain death and organ transplant by the influence of quackery charismatic preachers.
Joseph's plot is reinforcing people's unscientific conceptions and irrational way of thinking.
