It portrays fans of rock in a completely negative light. It is basically saying that if you like rock than you hate all other music and want all music to be rock. Total tonal whiplash, once you try to figure out what just happened your neck is broken by the sudden introduction of new ideas. An almost carbon copy of the first movie, using the same jokes, no actual purpose for anything that happens, and made to be goofy and random. All attempts at jokes are either reused or just being thrown at a wall to see what sticks. It succeeds in being a dysfunctional movie. A total cash grab and overall a bad movie.
