The movie greatly represents a post-war environment. The sets are amazing, and even without subtitles, the story was easy enough to follow. Without dialogue, you can still understand the characters feelings. This is the first time in the entire franchise that I have actually cared for the human characters. At times, I almost cried. It was also the first time i was truly scared of Godzilla. The film is filled with emotion, without leaving out the action and terrorizing rampages of Godzilla himself. This movie is a 10/10 and i would highly recommend watching it on the biggest screen possible.
