This one's an undeniably five stars, the references are kinda neat as well! We even got Wrecking crew, Kid icarus,boxers from Punch Out, And even an Arwing! You can find tons of more details into the movie, but if you're not exactly a TRUE Mario fan you won't get the references like for example, the blue mushroom AKA the mini mushroom is from the new super mario bros line of games.On to the soundtrack and my god they brought back Mario 64's mushroom kingdom theme. Now to voice acting, Jack Black did an amazing job as bowser, Chris Pratt was ok, Anya Taylor-Joy kinda wanted to avoid the "mArio hELp mE" kind of voice and that's what makes her acting good! Now on to the character's personality, Luigi's a scaredy cat as usual, Peach's personality is actually different, she tries to fit the princess lifestyle which could make movie Peach more likeable than regular Peach, Mario was more active than his regular personality which fits the fantasy a lot.Definitely recommend you to watch it. Mario's in Brooklyn and that's a reference to the Super Mario tv show! That's all for today's review. (Written by my 9 year old son, the BIG Mario fan)
