I so wanna like this series. Potential is there. HOWEVER it too 6 episodes to where we know any depth to these characters. Frankly I don’t feel for any of them. Oh the Nubian mother I can relate to as being a mother. She has depth. Dometian I’ve never liked historically though actor who plays him is superb. The young Spaniard I like because he loves horses. But all it’s showing is the evil side of Rome. Nothing grand or even remotely good. So I like it:don’t like it. Gladiator & Spartacus series drew you in. Still waiting on this one….
