It’s all the same scripted BS like in the old FIFAs. The only fun mode is Clubs because you play with friends, but even there, the dumb AI ruins the game. Trying to avoid online and play offline? Career mode sucks too. At a certain point, you don’t even get subbed in, and your rating goes down, so you can’t play for the team anymore. You have to wait until the season ends to switch to another team just to play again. They’re lucky they’re the only football game on the market with no competition. If they didn’t gatekeep their licenses, other companies would surely have made a better game.
