If we have excellent, good, average and below average, the show was a 9/10 on the scale between average and good (that sounds complex!). It ran more or less similarly through all the seasons, never exciting too much, but always having just enough suspense to make you power through to the end (though sometimes, I felt like dropping it). Plots were good, the depiction of bipolar disorder and associated problems was good, political scenarios were believable, but my main problem was Carrie, didn’t like her character very much, especially her nature. Maybe it’s just me, but couldn’t quite identify with a main character who could throw away emotions, relations as easily (even though the job demanded so).
