Curse running in the family. Folktales, mythological spirits, rituals always attract me. It's not your typical entertaining horror movie where possessed people walk on their back arched, vomit blood and do insane things. If you're specifically fond of those movies, just give it a try atleast. There is a few mild jump scares it depends on your fear level. Also this film has a quiet same concept like Hereditary like sacrifice, curse. It film also tells the actual folktale of Helen's whisper and the legend of Feike. Again, this is a type of horror movie which will not give you jump scares but it will grow slowly under your skin. For better experience do your own research on these topics that is used in this movie. I'm gonna give this movie 7/10. I love the ending of this film. Will watch it again.
