It's a heartwarming sad story that gets a happy ending I loved it and even the movie made me cry in my opinion watch the movie then watch the anime they are different from how the boy dies but both the movie and drama he dies it will make you cry a lot mostly from the beginning to the end my heart was hurt when I found out he dies but when they try to make him live it makes me happy and again it's a great drama to watch with all the sad moments and happy moments
