Just watched the first episode. I was ready to turn it off after the first 20 minutes, but I wanted to give it a fair shake, so I endured it. Here's my assessment: 1. An oversaturation of needless vulgarity. 2. Bad section of music composition. 3. No real hint of any plot. Okay, it's a bunch of kids at a special school. Big deal. 4. Too much sexual reference. 5. Too much "in your face social politics." 6. Cheesy powers (controlling blood, the trans "person" to inject pronouns, the shrinking girl that was already done in The Boys). 7. Corny usage of social media. 8. Needless camera angles. I'm talking about the pedo-scene that shows the main character as a 12-year-old girl going to sit on the toilet in full view, removing her undies, then the camera switches to a top-down view. That didn't need to be shown. It could have been implied, but it seems like the FCC who used to heavy on decency regulations is pretty much non-existent.

If you are talking about gameplay, I give it 4 stars. Other than that, this game becomes grossly unplayable when you factor in all the people who choose not to use the "Push to Talk" function and/or players choose to have an offline conversation during the middle of the match. What's worst is that there is no way to mute the offending player(s), as being able to hear is just as important and being able to see for 360 awareness.

Not into white savior nor revisionist movies. Plus Cynthia Erivo is an unapologetic, xenophobic bigot.
