It’s a no for me 🥺. P-Valley was better than this series. P-valley had a story line in it and people actually depicted as real people with aspirations. I feel like parts of it is stereotypical we must show young women how to overcome that hard core lifestyle. However, the series does do a good job at showing us how people’s with money treat vulnerable and marginalized populations. Most people that strip don’t have money and find out they can make big money stripping. Also that mom that put her daughter out so young does unfortunately happen to some of our youth . Therefore, parts of this shows us that we need more youth shelters and services that help marginalized populations. The girl that doesn’t want to strip has a a lot of potential and could go to college but she has no guidance and I guarantee after the first scene she turn to crime because she was mistreated, abused and she is tired smh .

The show Green Veil showed a good depiction of how immigrants are treated . Immigrations are mistreated and this story sheds light on how immigrants are treated and the ugly truth of American history which needs to be addressed so it can change nobody should be treated how the immigrants were treated . I feel like the network app needs to improve and this movie could’ve been on a better streaming platform.

I watched this with my mom yesterday. Monique and the other actors did great in this movie. The way Monique depicted a psychopath was genius . Monique definitely gave good psychotic lifetime movie actor vibes . Crystal Skye is beautiful and did her thing in the movie as well! It’s not a movie you would watch with little kids because it’s a horror film, but anyone that’s a teenager and up should watch this movie.

I like the show because it highlights different forms of the arts such as theatre, dance, and ballroom dance. I don’t really know much about ballroom culture or dance except from what I saw from the movie Pose. I really admire the love and family element that the houses have. However, some of the judges like Law and Leiomy can be extremely harsh and judgmental. I do believe this show is great platform for people to show their true talent and help them get discovered in other platforms which is nice. Pose highlighted how the ballroom scene was hidden because society didn’t fully accept people who were gay or trans however this show can open people’s mind’s.
