This is a new genre. It has the A24 Aesthetic and the tension of a horror film, but it isn't so much "oh god someone is gonna die gruesomely" it's "oh this is gonna go terribly". So it's paced like suspense, horror, but it's almost a comedy of errors. It isn't funny the entire time, and it's not trying to be. It touches on important issues about media and about white saviorism. I would reccommend this to anyone who is down for what could be considered Cringe Horror. It's epic, innovative and probably ahead of its time tbf. If you like "I think you should leave" or "curb Your Enthusiasm" and a24 films, you'll love this!
