I enjoy watching horror flicks with my husband - they're his favorite. He even enjoys the cheesy ones from years back. But this? Absolutely garbage.
First, the traction for the movie stages like it's going to ramp up and get worse. Sadly, the ending pulls it into a no-brainer let down that was predictable and boring.
Second, it doesn't perform well for anyone that may have mental health issues to watch this. It voices any traumas of the past are incurable and will end you so give up and succumb to your end.
Lastly, let's not forget one minor detail that really agitated me besides the terrible ending - Lollipop is your song of choice to the ending credits? No mentions of candy, lollipop references, no one named after it in the movie. Explain how this makes ANY SENSE to any sensible production or film directing team?
Note to the producers - maybe watch the horror flicks that actually offer substance, a reasonable plot, and a reasonable pace. Kind of borderlines 'Truth or Dare' with smiles that leave little to the imagination. Maybe then you can make a film worth watching. What a waste of everyone's time and money to fund your "projects".
