The animation in this movie was absolutely gorgeous. The detail in the snow when being crunched around *swoon* and the color in the buildings. It was pretty cool to see Who's of all colors. I keep seeing people say Kenan was a character of color... Umm no he just looked like a short, White, lumberjack type. Anywho, the movie was okay but there were a few things that left me saying huh? 1. They sung the usual Seuss songs but they also sung Christmas carols that focused on the Lord etc. That was weird to me because I don't remember any of the previous ones mentioning a religion of any kind. I found it odd and kind of unnecessary and exclusive. 2. Cindy Lou's mom was a single mother. I don't see the point of that either. In the Jim Carrey version (my fave! Debate your G-ma) she had both parents. I don't understand why that not so awesome aspect of the real world had to be put in the movie (talking from experience). 3. It didn't have much rhyming!! Lol, I'm used to the Grinch speaking in rhyme from time to time and it didn't happen. Yes the narration from Pharrell was awesome but still. All in all a very pretty movie...
