This was a great movie to watch, idk how accurate the story is for mercer’s character but Tyrese did his thing. To me it showed a real life struggle for black men not just then but it’s something that applies thru out time. This is to me a timeless movie

I thought the story line was great just enough drama and lore it kept me wanting more. I liked how I was able to get explanations down the line but not everything was revealed. As the end I would have like to get a better explanation to what a demon is, but to me seemed like demons are vital to life

Love this movie, I felt like it gave some real black history as the same time modernizing it to the point it was enjoyable. We’re in a time where the government is trying to erase all forms of black history and historically correct history, i feel like this actor is reminding us not to forget.
