It was annoying how they kept bringing up Beth's pregnancy and how she would become a mother. Given the stomach pains she was having towards the beginning of the film, the EXTREME stress of the situation at hand, and Ellie digging her nails into Beth's stomach, that baby is definitely going to miscarry.
