I've watched a lot of documentaries on NDEs, one of which included the story of someone in this movie. So a lot of what was "revealed "in this movie was familiar, which made the movie a bit less interesting. That said, the storytelling is solid, a bit more in depth than the Netflix versions, and the interviews and content presented in a way that would give anyone pause and even hope thinking about their own life and what they might expect at death. I disagree with some reviewers that it should have been more about Jesus. While I am a believer that Jesus is the way, truth and light to everlasting life, I do believe that even the least of believers can be saved at death if they turn back to God. In that sense the movie was true to the Christian faith, but also gives atheists and agnostics hope if they seek it, but without making it about religion, so the documentary appeals to anyone.
