There is a severe lack of communication from this company! I was promised that they would prorate my final bill based on the time it would take and it was been more than 1 week and I still have not yet received a bill adjustment/response. DO NOT use this company if you want people who provide you with honesty and prompt communication.
The movers themselves were great, its unfortunate that I have to leave this review.
