This in not about the TV programme, which I have enjoyed since the early days, but about the advice site.
I have attempted several times to contact an appraiser. Paid the free trail sub of £5 twice. Each time I have been taken an appraiser and asked to select her. Each time this has just taken me back to the page asking for the pay the free trail sub to be paid again I was obviously in a loop.
I have attempted twice now to start afresh. Using chat, I have explained the problem and asked for my subs to be refunded Twice the adviser has merely directed me again to the free trial sub page. The 'chat' is an automated page, which cannot deal with any problem individually. I am now in the position of not being able to contact anyone who can refund my payments
There is obviously a fault on the website. Please advise.
