The racist remarks and innuendos killed the movie. The "Stupid white family" remark was the end of the movie for me. It's a shame, because I was excited about it, seeing the trailer. But, by making racism the front most feature of a film, it's not worth watching.Take out the blatant bigoted remarks, it could have been a cute movie. Want rasicm to end, stop constantly bringing it up, especially where it didn't need to be brought up at all. It didn't fit in the story line, and it seemed forced to bring it up, but it was a constant issue through out the entire film (as viewed by the rest of the family, long after I gave up on it). It's not worthy of the one star, but, it did have David Harbour in it. That, in itself, was worth me at least trying to watch it.
