Watched the episode today on the railroad derailment and the toxic chemicals that were spread in Ohio. While attacking the U S Secretary of Transportation for playing down the incident, was factual an accurate, there was no mention of the responsibility of the governor of Ohio, Richard DeWine, for the inaction he exhibited nor those his head of Ohio’s Departments of Transportation or Public Health. Apparently they took no personal responsibility for the leading the efforts to assess and address the situation. But this went totally, unmentioned by any of the panel members. Was it because these state officials are Republicans and not Democrats?
The panel then talked about their outrage about the balloons crossing into the United States, and again took on President Biden, and his team for allowing this to happen. They made absolutely no mention of the fact that during the Trump administration, the president was notified on three separate occasions that Chinese balloons were flying over America territory and he did absolutely nothing about it. In fact, the American people were never notified of these events.
Bias and prejudice screams at me.
