Recommended by my GP. It helped me understand myself. I am a BPD in remission at present and I'm so proud of myself because I've done it alone, self recovery is beautiful. I do still have my low days as I will for the rest of my life, however they have now become rare. Learning new coping mechanisms with a little mediation, exercise and studying MH (free funded government courses) has saved me.
