I really used to enjoy the repair shop until they brought in Jay Blaze who seems more like a spare part with nothing whatsoever to do. When a client comes in he spreads himself out in front of the craft person as if he is in charge and has no input into the repair process or even into the shop it’s self then repeats the process when the client returns.He treats the craft people as if they work for him and he is very patronising with “well done” and “you did a good job there” etc in fact he spoils what used to de a brilliant show. Another point is why ask stupid questions like what would you like us to do (well try the words fix it) and what do you want to see (try well it fixed) finally he goes to each of the craft peoples bench and invades their space as if he is checking up on them.
