Never had so much good will obliterated so quickly due to performance issues. Playing ps4. Great atmosphere, art, and story but in it's current state, it is a buggy, unstable, half-baked mess. Frame hitching is constant and unavoidable. Inputs for basic functionality randomly stop working without any warning. Expect sub 720p resolution with <15 fps just trying to drive around in the city. The level of detail is so poor that the game world looks like it is covered in vaseline 15 feet away from the main character at all times. Game may eventually be great but in it's current state, it functions better as a coaster than a piece of interactive storytelling.
