Not against the game because I do understand why most people like it, however, I just find the whole experience very boring and repetitive. It’s all about combat with no substance. You’re fighting one enemy only to get to the next enemy and then the next. I remember playing similar games such as Golden Axe in the 90s which was all about defeating the boss to move to the next level but now games have evolved. This game is about showing off if you can kill all the badass bosses before your friends do, but misses out on story telling, narrative and there is so less to do in a beautiful openworld setting. I mean look at Elder Scrolls Skyrim, it has a similar theme but other than the main quests and all the combat you also get to help local citizens, search for treasure, join various allegiances and groups, build your own home and there also are a few social elements to the game too. As I said, there is not much wrong with this game if you’re into this sort of genre but it’s not my cup of tea.
