Very disappointing droning psychobabble. I cant believe anyone gets much benefit from this, or maybe there are just too many leaders who are just broken and never developed the internal maturity to self-assess and work on themselves.

Very disappointed at the lack of purpose or direction, and paucity of worthwhile material in this book. I suffered trying to finish it, hoping the next page would get better, only to find more lackluster rhetoric and droning on with flat words that lulled me into delta wave sleep.
Save your time, pass on this book.
