This is one of the great masterpieces of cinema. Immerse yourself in it, rather than try to puzzle it out. It is 'about' the mystery of human existence, if it's about anything. It doesn't give any answers, and the characters themselves don't know what they are experiencing, or why. Yet, it is a film that you can simply experience. It's brilliance lies within the Experience!
