Guttfeld is still the best late night show. But it could be better. Guttfelds political analysis and humor is second to none, demonstrated best on The Five. However his prurient, perverted and salacious schtick leaves one wondering if he is really a pervert and truly detracts from the creative political satire that this audience seeks. I often turn him off anymore. I can’t believe eliminating this guttural brand of humor would cost Fox one viewer. The Guttfeld show has great guests. Guttfelds frequent absence provides opportunities to sample other hosts - most of which cannot handle the opening script as spontaneously as Greg (very awkward, sorry Kat) yet sticks to analysis and humor without the dirt. I must say Jimmy Failla this evening shows himself an able host equally natural and spontaneous to that of the king of late night, and I frankly enjoyed the flow and humor and analysis and guests more than I have in a longtime….hooray for Jimmy Failla even though his smile is a bit much ( minor distraction, this guy is priceless and a fresh personality that compliments the shows mission) he appears a near equal host of this late night gem.
