Nowhere near as good as Vikings although it tries very hard to depict a similar gory, historical theme. The worst part is the casting. David Morrissey is simply not aggressive enough snd the comedian from Green Wing is too type CADW to be taken seriously, McKenzie Crook is believable. Many changes are needed if this is to become cult viewing, although the choice of music is often pleasing on the ear.
