I adored Julian Fellowes taking the Downton series early era to New York. It depicts the times railroad and oil barons are tearing the reins of ‘upper class’ from the dogged clutches of Mayflower descendants. The more brass than class newcomers are creating a whole new era of wealth, opulence and savvy that we now associate with New York society. Look forward to Series 2.

I came late to Person of Interest. I find it riveting. I think I saw the first 2/3 episodes in the U.K., then moved abroad. At the time of original screening I didn’t have the opportunity to watch it. I’m delighted it’s being aired now. I am glad there are many unseen episodes to look forward to! It is stunningly good. I love all the main characters….
