This review is focused towards zombies as I haven’t played enough multiplayer or the campaign to review them. Zombies is horrendous. Super glitchy, to the point of being unplayable (I’m playing the PS5 version and all updates have been installed through 03/25/2022). The updates seemed to have solved some of the issues but not all. Actual zombies modes are terrible as well. Repetitive and not much too them - very bare bones. You get bored after about 45 minutes. They also added ridiculous new zombies. Ones that shoot a machine gun at you, exploding zombies - so dumb. If your looking to purchase to get a new zombie experience compared to Cold War, don’t do it. All you will get is a frustrating experience that will lead you straight back to Cold War.
