THE MUSIC WAS TOO LOUD! The actors were terrible, the story line was dismal. We want characters with "character" and talent, like Tony DiNoso, Ziva David, etc. We want chemistry between the characters. Gibbs character is all wrong. He looks really bad in all the close ups. He is too tall and Lala is too short for them to be in the same scene together. Lala is laughable, she overacts and looks like an angry child having a tantrum. Just too short for that part. Promote her to a desk job and bring in someone new. Hire someone in casting that can find actors that have chemistry! That is important! Go back to the drawing board and start over.
