5 stars for the sheer effort and visual excellence and for the fact that part 2 being a lot more coherent than part 1. Like the first part, there are still parts of it that are hurried and patchy. Some of it is understandable just considering the magnitude of the ambition. But I just wish the story was better told. But al things considered, it was an great experience and very aesthetically executed. Also I gave it an extra star for the career-best performances from Vikram and Aishwarya Rai.
