Yes, it's definitely a laugh riot but gets a tad bit dragged by the end. Leading man along with his side kicks set an exceptional performance and they are fun to watch together. You will get Jane bhi do Yaaro vibes from the begining but the climax is not properly wrapped and takes it takes away the tag of a good movie. Watch it only for the laughs.
