At the end of each show Simon sells the property way under value… anyone could sell a property at a loss sometimes £50,000 less than the Estate Agents bottom valuation. It’s a rubbish programme. These poor people are being exploited. Doing a house up, spending all hours they can spare and getting nothing in return. Shame on you Simon and channel 4!! Maybe Simon is getting the house to add to his portfolio???
