Quite possibly the best batman film ever made. Unfair to compare to The Dark Knight trilogy for now as Bale had longer to develop the character so in comparison to Batman Begins, this is bloomin fantastic. One of the best things about this film is the new and original take on Batman as more of a myth, an element if you wish, rather than this physical being. It is a long film but wholely worth it in the end as the whole 3 hours are needed to fully explore every detail of 'The Gotham Project'. Giachinno's score for the film is masterful (very different to his work for MCU Spiderman). My only issue with the whole film is pacing but I won't digress because I can't without spoiling. I look forward to Reeves' next Batman film!

Hands down one of the best films ever made by the human race. You will cry, you will wince in horror and you may even laugh. A true masterpiece. The acting is sublime, especially Freeman's. I'd highly recommend this film to anyone.
