I was bought 7 tickets on July 9 for Despicable Me 4. That was the day after the Hurricanes on July 8 come to Houston. We went to the cinema watch the movie but when we was there, the cinema was closed, because NO POWER. I trying to call Fandango for refund my money back. But they said they’re can’t refund because bla bla. And they’re tell me have to call them cancel before the movie start. I searched on google the cinema is Open on July 9. But when we come there they closed. That’s not right and not fair for me. I need refund my money back.
