The visuals are stunning and bring to life the look and feel of the animated Rebels series. Not only that, but the homage to presenting the series like old Akira Sawa samurai film with the heart of the Star Wars universe fits Ahsoka perfectly. George Lucas’ vision for Star Wars was inspired by those same films and Dave Filoni has captured that spirit of Ahsoka being a wandering ronin. It’s nice to see the story team working to bridge new canon with old canon and hopefully they can share with us a riveting and enthralling story. I look forward to what the series has to offer.
