Good book. I suggest it to every person out there who would like to understand the feminine aspect of a human being.

Sex is a natural act, just like breathing, drinking, eating, sleeping... In fact it is the most primal, most basic of all the acts since life comes out of this, we are all born of sex. The first cell is the sex cell and every cell formed afterwards are from this sex cell. Hence our body is basically full of sex cells and hence sexual urge is the fundamental urge in every one of us. Osho takes us through a journey of sacredness of sexual act, how to accept sex as an integral part of love, how to move into sex with a playful, loving and relaxed approach. He lets us know how to transcend sex, through sex. And not by being antagonistic to it. Any repression can only lead to perversion. Osho talks about methods in enhancing the sexual experience, slow breathing, focusing on the third eye/ agya chakra, which can help in increasing the duration of sexual activity and there by the pleasure gained. He stresses on the need of foreplay and afterplay and their significance. Osho talks about the orgasmic experience of men and women, how different is its attainment for both sexes. While a man's sensuality is limited to his genitals, the entire body of the woman is erotic, sensual, says Osho. The book is a must read for every one, highly recommended.
